• 7th person: $10/night additional charge

• $500 Reservation-Security Deposit to reserve.

• 13.42% Hawaii State Tax.

Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Policies

Deposit Policy
A $500 Reservation-Security Deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The Reservation-Security Deposit is refundable for reservations cancelled prior to making final payment, less a $50 cancellation fee.

Payment Policy
We prefer payment by personal check or bank draft. However, we also accept credit cards.
Except for winter reservations as noted below:
Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival. Unless the unit is re-rented, all monies are forfeited if cancelled less than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Winter Reservations - December 15- end of February
Payment in full is due 90 days prior to arrival. Unless the unit is re-rented, all monies are forfeited if cancelled less than 90 days prior to the arrival date.
There is a 7 night minimum for all reservations between December 20-January 10.
